1st Steps In A Macro World…

At last! After playing with the 50mm 1.4 lens seemingly endlessly I have graduated to a new lens, one which will actually form part of my underwater kit! At last I feel like I’m making progress. My 1st macro lens, the Nikon 60mm macro has slightly more lens buttons on it (although still less than the 18-200 which I’ve still not got really into). Now that I have a macro lens I don’t have to go out in the cold to look for inspiration. Inspiration is everywhere 🙂 Day 1, straight out of the box, fajita time, while waiting for dinner to be prepared I set about documenting the ingredients. Who would have thought taking pictures of limes could be fun!
